The reeds absorb the fragrance oil and release the scent slowly into the air, creating a continuous, long-lasting aroma.
Typically 4–8 weeks, depending on the scent, room temperature, and how many reeds you use.
Every 5–7 days, or whenever you notice the scent fading or want an extra burst of fragrance.
In a high-traffic area with good airflow. Gentle airflow, like near a window, helps the scent spread faster. Keep it away from direct sunlight and heat.
Yes. Our reed diffusers are flameless and safe to use around children and pets when used as directed. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
No. Once reeds have been used with one scent, they can't be used for another.
Once they permanently stop diffusing. Over time, reeds can become clogged with dust.
Orders are prepared within 1–2 days after your order is confirmed (for bank transfer, once payment is received).
